Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped in the order they are received within 3 business days of order receipt. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages are shipped Monday through Friday only; thus, any orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Standard Time on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday morning.
Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the items have shipped.
If your order is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please contact info@masterwingspublishing.com or call 312-374-9455.

Refund Policy
Online purchases with Master Wings Publishing are accepted for full refund within 60 days of the original sale date with receipt. Refunds will be issued according to the original form of payment. All sales are final for clearance, sale, and discontinued items.
